Shipping policy

Most Marvel well products are made to order. Production time and shipping time are separate.

Production Time

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. The day the order is placed is not counted as the first production day.

Production may take longer because of product availability, design issues, order volume, or other unexpected circumstances.

Shipping Time and Cost

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time equals production time plus carrier transit time. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking and Separate Packages

Tracking information is emailed when available. Some items may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be changed.

Once an order enters production or receives a shipping label, an address change might not be possible. Returned or unclaimed packages may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.

Delays and Lost Packages

Weather, carrier disruptions, missed delivery attempts, and other events outside our control may cause delays.

If an order has not arrived three business days after its estimated delivery date, contact us at Marvelwell.support@gmail.com.

Lost-package claims must be reported within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

International Orders

If international shipping is offered at checkout, customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local fees unless otherwise stated.
