Most Marvel well products are made to order. Please review product details, sizes, colors, and your shipping address carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

After review, we may provide a replacement or refund. Please do not return the item unless instructed.

Lost Packages

Report packages that have not arrived within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will review the tracking information with our fulfillment partner.

Size, Color, and Change of Mind

Because products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size or color selected by the customer

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Incorrect personalization information

Orders can only be changed or canceled before production begins.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Returned or unclaimed packages may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment. 

Before Returning an Item

Contact us before mailing anything. Return locations vary, and unauthorized returns might not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Applicable consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.
